1. Data Collected

• When booking or getting in touch: name, mobile number, email address, project name, type and stage, and what you write about the challenge or question.
• When paying by card (once enabled): card details are entered directly on the licensed payment gateway's page; they do not pass through this website and are not stored on it. Only a notification of the completed transaction and its amount is received.
• When booking an appointment: the booking is processed through Cal.com, and the appointment details are stored in the practice's calendar.
• When using the tools: the delivery margin calculator and the checklist run only inside your browser and do not send any figure you enter to any server.
• Automatically: the website does not use cookies for advertising tracking. Simple preferences such as dark mode, checklist state, and the free-call booking are stored in your browser. The site also measures visit counts and the most-opened pages in aggregate through Cloudflare analytics, without cookies and without personal tracking.

2. Why It Is Used

To prepare for the session, to contact you to confirm or change the appointment, and to send only what concerns your service. No marketing messages are sent without your consent, and your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

3. With Whom It Is Shared

Only with the service providers necessary to complete your request, each operating under its own policy: the payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, Cal.com for booking, WhatsApp for communication, and the video meeting service used for the session. Your data is not shared with any other party except by legal order.

4. Professional Confidentiality

What you share about your project and its figures is treated as confidential information and is not used as an example or case study except with your written permission and after removing identifying details.

5. Retention Period

Booking data and correspondence are retained for two years from the last interaction for follow-up and regulatory purposes, then deleted. You may request deletion before then.

6. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent to any use not necessary for the service. Send your request via WhatsApp to +966 56 161 6848; it is fulfilled within 15 days.

7. Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection and stores no payment data. Booking data is held by providers that adhere to recognized security standards.
