These terms govern the use of mohammedalhasoon.sa (also reachable at mhmsoon.com) and the booking of consulting sessions on it. By booking or paying for any service, the client agrees to them.
The services on this website are provided by Mohammed Alhasoon, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under Commercial Registration No. 7053000514 and Freelance Document No. FL-161013418. He is an intellectual property agent licensed by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) under No. ALN202601616. Payments are collected through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and may appear on the client's statement under the name of the commercial entity registered with the gateway.
Consulting sessions are a professional service based on practical experience in brand building and business operations. What is provided is professional opinion and guidance, not a guarantee of any specific commercial or financial outcome. Executive decisions and their results are the client's responsibility.
Sessions do not include legal, accounting, or tax advice. Trademark search and registration procedures are a separate service governed by Clause (5 bis) below.
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include value-added tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. The provider may amend prices at any time; an amendment does not apply to a session already paid for.
A session appointment is confirmed after payment in full. After payment, the client selects an appointment from the available calendar and receives an email confirmation with the meeting link or the venue. In-person sessions are available in Khobar only and for the designated packages.
The free call lasts ten minutes, may be booked once per person or project, and is intended solely to identify the suitable package; it does not include recommendations or consultation. It takes place through a browser-based meeting link sent in the confirmation email and ends when the duration is complete.
Trademark search and registration services and related services are provided through Mafhum Alfikrah Agency, an intellectual property agent licensed by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (license ALN202601616). Published fees are exclusive of value-added tax and entirely separate from government fees, which are paid directly to SAIP and are subject to its schedule and updates. A power of attorney or formal authorization must be issued and linked to the agent before any procedure begins, and the fees for each stage are paid before that stage begins. The decision to accept a registration rests with SAIP alone; the agent commits to professional diligence and to taking every available legal step without guaranteeing a particular outcome. Search fees are credited toward registration fees if the application is filed within 60 days of the report date. Government timelines are estimates, and the agent is not liable for delays beyond the agent's control. The agent's scope covers representation before SAIP and its committees; if a dispute reaches the Commercial Court, a licensed attorney is appointed in the client's name and with the client's authorization.
The session starts and ends at its scheduled times. Client lateness is deducted from the session duration. Lateness of more than 20 minutes without contact is considered a no-show.
All information the client shares about the project or its figures is confidential, is not shared with any third party, and is not used as a public example except with the client's written permission and without identifying details.
Reports and concept documents delivered to the client belong to the client for use in the client's project. The methodology, templates, and tools used to prepare them remain the property of the provider. Website content, including articles, tools, and images, is protected and may not be republished without permission.
The provider's liability is limited in all cases to the value of the session paid for. The provider does not bear any indirect loss resulting from decisions made on the basis of the session.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is first resolved amicably, failing which it is referred to the competent judicial authority in the Eastern Province.
